My father and I often explore old, abandoned vehicles near our home in search of urban wildlife. One day, while examining an antique motor scooter, I discovered a Moorish Wall Gecko tucked inside its broken handle. Over the next few days, I revisited the spot and was surprised to find not just one, but two geckos sharing the space. The scooter had clearly become an ideal shelter for them: a safe, hidden corner in the middle of the city. To bring out their details in the dim light, I used a head-torch to gently illuminate the scene, capturing the geckos in their unusual urban refuge.
